Filoli Historic House and Garden in Woodside is easily one of my absolute favorite spots for maternity sessions in the Bay Area. Between the lush formal gardens, historic brick paths, and quiet orchard corners, every direction you turn looks straight out of a painting.
For this session, everything came together effortlessly. Mama wore an airy, lightweight gown in a soft pastel—the kind of fabric that moves with the slightest breeze. Mid-session, a gentle wind picked up through the garden, catching the train of her dress and lifting it into the air. It created these completely unplanned, weightless moments that felt so full of life and movement.
